How to Build a General Intelligence Through Seed AI
The emphasis is on building a �seed AI�, i.e. one which can enhance and improve itself repeatedly, growing perhaps to become a human-level intelligence. To begin with, its intelligence will not approach human level, but it will be able to learn and expand from these foundations to become something impressive. There will be little in the code then that is itself groundbreaking � its initial code will hopefully be necessary, though not sufficient.
